an experienced expert in the field of IT-Governance, IT Service Management and

Information Security. Over the past 25 years he has been working with a wide

range of organisations in different industries/sectors.

Martin Bergling
Coordinator Cybernode, RISE

Martin is currently a Coordinator of the Swedish node for innovation and research in cybersecurity at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden. Martin has a broad security background and has previously worked as Deputy Security Manager at the Central Bank of Sweden and as a Security Consultant at NIXU and technical manager at FMV / CSEC, Sweden’s certification body for IT security. He has also worked with project management, risk analysis, requirements specification, accreditation and security audits at IBM, the Swedish Armed Forces and Telia. Martin has several certifications, e.g. CISSP, CISA and CRISC, and he is also involved in SIG Security, ISACAand Dat aföreningen in Sweden.

Isaac Mintz
Chief Operating Officer, NCC-SE/MSB

Isaac Mintz is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Sweden's National Coordination Centre for Research and Innovation in Cybersecurity (NCC-SE) at the Department or Cybersecurity and Secure Communications, Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB). Prior to being COO, Isaac worked at MSB as an Executive Officer. The role focused on facilitating the NIS Cooperation group during the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, contributing to the work regarding the NIS- directive and the implementation of NIS2-directive, regularly advising the Government on EU policy as well as establishing and maintaining private-public partnerships both at MSB and within the Swedish National Cybersecurity Centre (NCSC). Isaac has previously worked at Stockholm City and the European Commission. He holds a Master of Science in European Studies with a minor in international relationsat the University of Gothenburg.

Feroz Hyder

An Information Technology leader with over 20 years of experience exclusively in Cybersecurity consulting and managed services. Feroz holds a Master’s degree from Boston University in Information Systems (Security) and an MBA from Athabasca University, apart from several security certifications, including CISSP, CISA, CRISC and CISM, as well as other related industry certifications. Feroz is also a SABSA Certified Security Architect and a certified Canadian Privacy Professional (CIPP/C), and a Certified Privacy Manager (CIPM) Feroz has several years’ experience in conducting Threat Risk Assessments, Privacy Impact Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments and Pentesting, Developing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, implementing ISO 27001 certification program, enterprise security and privacy management program. Advising public and private organizations about the security and privacy of their systems, infrastructure and applications, aligning cyber security requirements with business needs and delivering cybersecurity and security awareness training at several organizations.

Neil Costigan

Neil is a serial entrepreneur in security, Built and sold two Swedish Security start-ups (Celo Communications and BehavioSec), including multiple finance rounds in Stockholm, London and Silicon Valley and relocating to San Francisco. Currently Head of Machine Learning & Analytics at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (acquired BehavioSec 2022). Holds a PhD in Cryptography and a software developer by trade.

Jasper van Dorrestein

Georgios is currently head of IT security at Einride. He has previously served as head of the security department at Tink. Prior to that he was the lead security engineer at Klarna working with everything from security architecture to devsecops and from an information security to an application security perspective. He has more than 14 years of experience in the field and he believes that security work should not be driven by compliance requirements.
